Shipping and handing fees are non-refundable.
Bob Barnett.com is not responsible to cover any fees incurred during returning a product. If the product is found to be defective then Bob Barnett.com will cover the shipping fees to send a replacement. Non defective products will only be returned to the customer after Bob Barnett.com has received payment for shipping.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Bob Barnett.com offers standard UPS ground and next day shipping. Bob Barnett.com will do their best to ship all orders within 24-48. Bob Barnett.com currently does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays.
RETURN POLICY -- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Before returning any item, you must first contact our Customer Service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Send your request via email to service@bobbarnett.com. All returns are subject to approval prior to the issuance of an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a Bob Barnett.com Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip. No RMA number is issued after 60 days from date of shipment. Please contact our Customer Service department for complete information. The Bob Barnett.com return policy does not cover items that are damaged due to improper storage or handling on the part of the customer.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item:
Send your request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email to service@bobbarnett.com Please note, the return-to address may not be the same as the address listed on your box. You will be given the proper return address when you request your RMA.
Include your shipping zip code.
Include your daytime phone number and email address.
The RMA number must appear on the shipping label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
For defective products only, a Bob Barnett.com Customer Care representative will provide alternate instructions on merchandise return on a case-by-case basis.
All returned merchandise must be received within ten (10) days of the issuance of the RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of a refund, if applicable.
